Notes from 2/20/14. 4 oz cask pour at ChurchKey during The Great Heavy Seas Cask Takeover. Pours dark brownish black with around half a finger of light tan head. Aromas of wood, caramel, maple syrup, chocolate, dark fruit. Tasting notes of dark fruit, chocolate, caramel, wood, toffee, light booze. Medium-light body with a warm semi-dry finish.
