Not sure this beer is named correctly. It should be Hoptimist. Cask at the Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a cloudy light amber with a thin white head and lots of lace. The aroma is malty with a little citrus fruit. The flavour is medium bitter with a malty, dry spicy pepper hop palate. Very tasty. Don’t drink too warm!
