Kreutzswine style Barleywine aged in a small format Distillery 291 maple syrup ex rye barrel for 8 months and then aged further in a small format Kings County Rye barrel for 4 months.
The idea behind DOUBLE BARREL AGED KREUTZSWINE was to great a maple forward Barleywine in honor of our good friend Martin Kreutzfeldt. We were so happy with the first batch that we simply had to brew it again - this time as a double barrel aged version.
