Bottle split by Ed Danlo ... fancy meeting the #1 cider ticker on a trip to Durham, at the Holy GrAle, Durham, 14/05/2025.
Faded raspberry red with an off crimson cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is grass, berry fruits, minimal apple content offered.
Taste comprises apple chews, raspberry syrup, grains, strange fruited balsam acidic tinge.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Passable at best.
