APPEARANCE: gold color and almost hazy with fine particles in suspension. Medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low citrus-like flavor (similar to dried orange peel). low neutral malt background. medium sweetness with a semi-dry and yeasty finish. TEXTURE: medium-low to low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: an APA with absent hops and with an excessive yeast character.
