BIAB at Station House, Durham, with Colin & Dave. Hazy gold colour, no head and aroma of ripe apple, fruit. Taste is fruity, appley, some core, light funk, alittle acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying medium finish. Quite drinkable

Nose is funky apple, bitter sweet tones, hay bale.
Taste comprises tangy orchard fruit, apple skins, funk, apple core, tannins.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a tarte funky edge.
