Polotmavý literally translates to "half-dark" in Czech.
Built on a foundation of authentic floor-malted Czech Pilsner malt, we've added specially selected higher-kilned malts and just a touch of dehusked roasted malt to achieve that stunning amber hue.
Every sip delivers rich, malt-forward flavors – think fresh bread, biscuits, and graham crackers – perfectly balanced by the classic herbal spiciness and subtle bitterness from Saaz hops.

16oz can from Tavour. Dark, clear brown pour, thin, silky beige head. Roasty aroma, nutty, woody. Taste is light roast, faint chocolate, coffee-ish, touch of sweetness. Finishes with a mildly dry bitterness.

Can from Tavour. Pours darkly ruddy amber with a transient tan head. Aroma of Tmavy malt with some grass/spice in weak support. Med body. Flavor is Tmavy malt with decent grass/spice. Malty but well towards dry. Moderately bitter. Extremely tasty.
