Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Ponysaurus, this dark fruited sour saison is brewed with wheat, chocolate and debittered black malts. Fermented with raspberry, blackberry, cacao nibs, and Ponysaurus's barrel-aged sour beer.

Aroma has notes of cocoa, plum, berries, dark bread, coffee, roasted nuts. Taste is roasty, lightly sour, finishing dry. Like a lightly soured fruited porter.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear dark brown with a very large and very transient foamy tan head. Aroma of sourish malt. Med body. Flavor is darkish sourish malt with a bit of chocolate. Very light funk. Fruits that I can't pin down. Could be red berries.
