TASTE: slight citric/acidic note with a moderate sweet and yeasty background. very faint wheat flavor. Low bitterness with a semi-sweet to sweet finish. no esters nor phenols detected. PALATE: medium-low body with average carbonation. OVERALL: a weizenbier without the traditional characteristics and with a distracting acidic and yeasty aroma/flavor.
