This fusion of smooth, velvety stout and rich, cold-pressed coffee is brewed with local Arabica beans from Ywar Ngan in Shan State. Robust with roasted malt flavours, burnt toffee and deep espresso notes, this is a unique beer for coffee lovers.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured almost black in colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light ashtray. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, with a roasty, mineral, earthy, dry coffee, liqourice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. A rather simple, one-dimensional beer. A little light for a stout. A touch of sweetness would not have been inappropriate either. Not a bad beer but thereβs certainly room for improvement.
