ABOUT THE BEER
A huge, triple fruited sour ale. With a total fruit volume made up of one-half Strawberries and the other half Pear & Guava, you can expect a thick, juicy beer with plenty of tart character. Ripe strawberries lead the way, whilst the addition of Madagascan Vanilla brings an all round balance to this luscious, boozy delight.

Keg at St Machar Bar, Aberdeen. It pours murky orangey - rose with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, perfumed, pic n mix, fizzy strawberry candy, vanilla and rhubarb & custard boiled sweets. The taste is fairly crisp up front, tart, puckering, quite thick, pic n mix, fizzy strawberry candy, karate belts, fruit smoothie, sugary, tangy and a nip of alcohol. Medium+ body and fine, prickly carbonation. Probably too sweet for the the likes of me, but it's good fun in small doses.
