There are Just 30 x 750ml bottles of Manx Mead available in this first edition batch. Made from Manx Honey and Green Mann Spring Water. Fermented slowly over a 3 month period then bottled for you to enjoy. All Manx made at our facility in Douglas. Available mid May 2025 for you to enjoy.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Very pale yellow gold colour, white bubbly head that dissipates and aroma of honey, flowery, heather, vanilla hint. Taste is sweetish, honey, heathery, woody, herbal, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying flowery finish. Quite drinkable.

1/9/2025. Bottle bought direct from the producer. Pours clear very pale gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is light honey, flowery, green, apple blossom, white grape. Semi-dry. Not too sweet, though honey sweetness does come through as the initial dryness fades. Very slight sparkle to the carbonation. Drinks like a white wine. A very drinkable mead at 9% rather than being a sipper mead. Dangerously hides its abv.
