An IPA is a series that acts as a creative outlet for all things IPA from Oss. A DIPA takes it up a notch.
This DIPA features a brand new hop from the Hopsteiner Breeding Program, named Erebus, after the Greek "primordial deity of darkness and son of Chaos".
According to Hopsteiner, this aroma hop is a "bold disruptor to the world of hops", and according to our brewers (and beer-tasters), has notes of grape Jolly Ranchers, watermelon, and honey cake.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a mild creamy sweetness, touch of grain. Smooth light pine hop intro into a pleasant smooth citrus with blueberry overlaid. A mild hop itch on the fairly smooth finish. Smooth then! Could do with a little more muscle and edge but, enjoyed this hop combo and enjoyed this dipa.
