We kept this lager nice and simple, the way they should be. We started with a base of Lager, Munich, Chit and Carapils malts to keep things light and foamy then single hopped with German classic, Perle. Expect a light body with herbal notes and a snap of bitterness to finish.

Easygoing lager, a touch on the sweet side, some pale biscuits, white bread, faint bitter straw. Pretty clean to finish, a little fresh cereal.

Keg at Elusive. Aroma is rather sweet. Sugary fruit. Gluey. Underlying malts. Opaque a.ber gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Sour citrusy streak. Metallic edge. Underlying malts and a yeastiness. Light. Thin if slick. Sodt carbonation with a gentle fizz. Easy drinking soft lager - which I am told is a take on a Kellerbier.
