Inspired by the fact that our brewery is located in an ex-dairy barn, we brewed our favorite iteration of a milk stout. Drinkable, super complex malt backbone, just enough roast, and a layer of sweet lactose.

Smell of roasty malt, not much sweetness in the nose. Brownish black from tap pour, things ring of tan bubbles around the edge. Sweetness comes in at the first taste. Just a bit. Matched to malts with a good black roast that offers notes of chocolate and no harshness. Prickly bubbles like a regular beer from tap.
