Cask at Pilgrims Progress (JDW), Bedford. Pours clear amber orange with beige foam. Malt, caramel, toffee aroma. Light to moderate sweet & bitter taste. Medium body with soft carbonation

Cask gravity at the St Albans beer festival 2015. Deep reddy amber coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is sweet toffee, butterscotch, earthy honey. Flavour is composed of sweet earthy honey, twig, palate is sticky sweet. Moderate to low carbonation. Pretty sweet. Hint of smoke in the finish.

Cask at The Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a dark reddish brown, with a broken tan head. The aroma is smoky and of malt. The flavour is hoppy, dry, spicy with lots of liqourice on the palate. A really tasty ale.
