50cl bottle from Bernies, Shirley. Golden amber with a vast billowing white head; lots of sediment that is agitated by the high carbination despite careful pouring; yeasty hefeweissen style aroma with hints of spice and biscuit; spritzy and acidic in the mouth, almost vinegary, and rather thin; unpleasant acidic finish. Possibly a bad bottle.

Bottle. Light brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is mildly dry with a hint of toffee, and the flavour is very bitter, roasted and well hopped with a long dry finish. Overall a nice beer.

An orange beer with a off-white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy and so is the flavor though combined with a slight acidity.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pale amber with a small, creamy, white head. Fruity, citrusy aroma. Rather light-bodied with some tartness and plenty of fruit. 030106
