Don’t let the ABV fool you—this session IPA punches well above its weight. A layered hop bill of Columbus, Pacific Gem and Rakau lays the foundation for bursts of tropical fruit, citrus and light resin, while a generous dry hop of Pacifica, Nectaron, Barbe Rouge and El Dorado brings bright aromas of peach, grapefruit and red berries. A soft, silky mouthfeel and crisp finish make it endlessly refreshing.

Mini cask purchased from the brewery. It pours hazu blonde with with a bubbly white cap. The aroma is fresh, bright orangey citrus fruits, mango, peach, nectarine, apricot, farmhouse style white bread and marmalade. The taste is firmly dry, pleasingly bitter, touch green, piney, pithy, zesty citrus, kumquat, tangerine peel, grapefruit, floral orange blossom and flinty accents. Light body and soft carbonation. Flavourful, especially given the abv. Moreish.
