#4 of our collab marathon with our Danish friends ahead of Danskjävlar! We tackled this classic style with our friends from Gamma Brewing for our Danskjävlar festival, often underappreciated outside its country of origin and surprisingly difficult to master. This best bitter uses British golden promise malt with Heritage british crystal malt to give a rich copper brown colour alongside an array of modern “fruitier” british hops. Fermented with our house yeast (which is british) to give classic stone fruity esters that pair exceptionally well with the more herbal, plum leaning hops.

440ml Can - Amber in colour. Dried apricot and some slightly biscuity and earthy notes in the aroma. Dried apricot, toffee, sultanas and biscuity malt.

On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of caramel, bread, dried fruit and grassy hops. Pours clear amber color with thick creamy tan-like head and great lacing. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly, bready and nutty, following is fruity and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is dry and heavy bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average
carbonation in palate. The best, better than the rest…

400ml draught at Moskus, in friendly company with Anders - anchr. Misty amber body, remaining off-white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Inviting aromas of mid-sweet malts and herbal hops. Burk från SB. Bärnstensfärgad vätska med medelhögt krämigt skum. Fin kropp med snygga maltsmaker som går från mjöligt bröd till stenfruktssötma och lite karamell matchad av en välavvägd maskrosbeska. Gott
