A smooth, light, and refreshing Pale Ale that both evokes and is perfect for sunny afternoons. Citra gifts us its full spectrum of flavour; tropical lime, potent passionfruit and puckering grapefruit, whilst NZH 101 comes through with all the fresh mandarin and watermelon you could ask for.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Light but juicy citrus, slightly bitter mandarin - tangerine. A little candy fruits. A very mild bitterness and mild hop spice. Light crisp finish. Tidy pale ale. Not getting much Track wow factor but there is nothing wrong with this, very drinkable.

Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins toba swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, papaya, ripe tropical fruit esters, pine resin.
Taste comprises orange zest, stone fruit, pine resin, mandarin, guava.
Medium body, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid.
