Sweet Coppin is a 18th Century Devon variety which makes a refreshing and light dry cider. It is gentle and creamy on the palate with notes of yellow apples, banana and melon. As it matures in the bottle, it develops a unique minerality. The 2022 harvest was remarkable a superheated growing season, so this cider is more alcohol and more intense in flavour than previous vintages. 500ml. 7%.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin layer, and aroma of apple, flesh, tropical hints. Taste is tart, appley, some pineapple & citrus, with dying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry minerally acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
