The Cloister series of beers are our nod to the Trappist monks of Europe who have been brewing beer for centuries and their beautiful cloisters, the enclosed living quarters of the monastery, which often includes a garden.
Weighing in a 10% ABV, this beast of a beer has layers of dark fruit characteristics with a balanced sweetness in the finish. A classic Abbey Quadrupel!

A red copper brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with candy sugar, light curacao, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light candy sugar, alcohol warmth, dark fruits, licorice, pleasant. On tap at Beertown Toronto.
