We teamed up with our Wakefield friends, Five Towns and Chin Chin to brew this take on a West Coast-style Pale Ale brewed with and all Australian hop lineup. We used lots of Galaxy hops hot side before dry hopping with Eclipse and Topaz. Expect notes of passion fruit and peach over the palate with a punchy pink grapefruit and kiwi fruit aroma.

Can from Hop Locker, Southbank Market. Clear copper gold. Thick foamy if delicate of appearance white head. Healthy lacing. Aroma has herbs, onion and light citrus. Light-medium bitter - as per the aroma herbs, onion and added resin. Underlying malta. The bitterness is smoothed out by playful citrus. This has some sourness as well as controlled canned fruit syrupy sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hits the spot.

Excellent beer, nice clarity, pure hops, pissy and tropical, some mango, pine, peach, tangerine, mellow rindy bitterness. Super drinkable.
