Bursting with the tang of fresh rhubarb and a rich, cake-like sweetness. Velvety and balanced, its gentle sourness melts into a soft, biscuity
finish. Naturally conditioned and served on cask for a fuller, rounded body, this is a comforting twist on a classic sour.

On the day I'm drinking this beer, baseball legend Mickey Mantle hit his own pucker punch with a record Home Run from both sides of the plate in a game for the third time. Nothing sour about that and only a light tarty one here leading to a more biscuit-bready rhubarbness in its aftertaste.
