Homage to a classic dive bar in Sonoma which was inspired by the music of Tom Waits. A malt forward amber ale with notes of vanilla and toffee.

Draft at the brewery. Pours an opaque dark applesauce color with a khaki head and good retention. Great lacing. There's more of a fruity flavor than a caramel flavor. I don't taste any vanilla or toffee flavors. Very light caramel notes. Medium body. Low carbonation. Light bitterness.Not really a fan of the overall mix.
