Cask at the Coach and Horses, Weatheroak Hill, Alvechurch. Poured a clear golden brown with a broken tan head and broken lace. The aroma is of toffee and malt and just a touch fruity. The flavour is medium bitter, with malt and hints of caramel and spice on the palate. A really superb session bitter packed with flavour. One of the best traditional English bitters I’ve tasted.
