Red porridge with cream? Forget it. This is red god with food – a sacred porridge ceremony in liquid form. Strawberries so ripe they voluntarily sacrifice themselves, and cream that creeps like a sinful hymn over the palate. We gather in the bowl, we drink in chorus, and we still don't say it quite right. Hallelujah berries!

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a tiny, rough, white head. Aroma mostly of mango and peach - not strawberries at all. Kinda light in body and low in carbonation. Flavorwise I can sense some strawberries and vanilla and the sweetness is colliding with a slight sourness. Promising but not quite there. 020925

Can from Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Pours pale red with medium white head. Aroma is intense strawberry, redcurrants, mild vinegar, malt, and vanilla. Taste is very sweet, faint bitter, and light to medium acidic. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with intense notes of strawberry, cream, vanilla, redcurrants, mild vinegar, yeast, and sugar. A bit on the sweet side for my taste, but very much like eating "Rødgrød med fløde".

fruity herbal rhubarb cherries aroma.
Flavor is watery cabbage, herbal , mild.
