31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear deep golden orange with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is woody, mucky, leather, vanilla, tannic, citric, green apple. Dry woody taste, subtle sweetness. Enjoyable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, spice, meadow, funk, earth. Taste is tangy, fruity, appley, woody, barrel notes, vanilla, pulpy, and slight funky, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
