West coast-style pilsner hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Centennial. Presents with nice notes of clementine, orange zest and orange blossom.
"It was a good morning, there were high white clouds above the mountains. It had rained a little in the night and it was fresh and cool on the plateau, and there was a wonderful view. We all felt good and we felt healthy, and I felt quite friendly to Cohn. You could not be upset about anything on a day like that." - Ernest Hemingway - The Sun Also Rises

Hops aren't too forward in this, if it's a West Coast Pils. Mostly just West Coast in the choice of hops used, rather than the overall in your face flavour. But who knows what West Coast Pils means anyway. Clear golden pour without much head. Crisp finish. Tap at brewery.

Mostly clear gold, a little haze, some lacey white head that faded fast. Peppy nose, light grist and straw, some peppery hop, grassy too. Flavor is simple grist and grain, straw and grass, some grapefruit and hand soap. Medium bodied, bitter finish. Solid. Easy drinker. 6 7.5 7.5 7 7
