A take on a traditional easy drinking Mild. Using Heritage Malt called Chevallier, once the predominant barley variety in Victorian England, it has a real depth of flavour and robust maltiness with a long aftertaste. Balance is provided with a very light dosing of Pilgrim hops.

[Cask at the Andover Beer Festival 2026.] An attractive golden amber pour with a loose cream head; sweet malty aroma; malty toffee taste with hints of barley sugar; and a light earthy finish. A very nice mild.

New brewery ✅️.
Pours very dark brown wih a lacing tan head. Aroma: chocolate malts, raisins and roasted malts. Taste: milk chocolate and raisins. Mild fruity palate. Nice. Cheers to the staff for the sample.
