Cask at Ørsted, Copenhagen. Clear brown pour with a thin round head and broken lace. Some floral hops in the relatively weak aroma. The flavour is immensely floral and bitter that hits the palate immediately and that bitter aftertaste sticks around for quite a while. A very flavourful and drinkable beer, but the bitterness is extreme. Nice to taste and a very refreshing ale!

(Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 17 Feb 2012) Amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, grapefruit and soft malt aromas. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, grapefruit and a generous resiny bitterness in the finish. Fairly dry, more than medium body. Excellent beer with an impressive hop presence.

Draft. A reddish beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of alfa acids, hops, citrus fruits, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, grapefruits, hops, and caramel, leading to a very bitter finish.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber with a creamy beige head leaving a discreet lacework. Very very fresh hop aroma, lots of peach and other tropical fruits. Medium-bodied, very fruity indeed and then an almost scorching bitterness that almost sears my tastebuds. Very fresh indeed but perhaps the underlying bitterness is a bit much for my personal palate. 230112
