Unlike our 2020-2024 releases this blend is not dry hopped before packaging, instead showcasing the subtle well developed aged whole cone Simcoe® and Citra® hop character of each beer.

Northford draught, 9/13/25.
Bright marigold. Light haze, small head.
Soft, farm funk and good, but not sharp acidity. Just easygoing poop. Hay and rustic grains with heavy mineral and mild citrus accents.
Soft and with pleasing acidity and mild Brett/lacto fruitiness. Gently malty, strong attenuation and low oak. Citrusy acidity and honey-like malt lingering alongside nutty, mild oak tannin.

Bottle from Cikoko: gold with white head. Aroma is fruity (citrus forward), funky, wood. Taste is funked sourness. Hefty woody notes. nicely made. Substantial complexity.
