SMaSH stands for Single Malt and Single Hop, so we’re using only Pale Ale Malt and showcasing Yakima Chief’s new hop Krush by using it at each stage of the brewing process. This beer is Mash Hopped with Krush, First-Wort Hopped, Whirlpool Hopped and Double Dry-Hopped with Krush.

Tropical fruit, orange, stone fruit, berry, pine.

33cl can from the brewery shop.
F: medium, egg-white, average retention.
C: deep gold to amber, light hazy.
A: orange, roasted onion, stone fruits, pine, blueberries, bit caramel.
T: medium malty base, grapefruits, pine, bit onion effect, toast, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

33cl can, de et partagée avec Willy. BB 25/09/2026.
Léger ambre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est malté, pâle, caramel, houblonné frais, nectar, melon avec touche de pastèque. Appui du malté en retrait.
Palais est malté pâle, caramel léger, frais houblonné – floral, verger en fleur/récolte printanière, pamplemousse, baies, abricot.
