We're ready with another No Fuzz Modern West Coast IPA for you guys, this time featuring Double Dry Hop additions of Simcoe!

This series focuses on showcasing sinlge hop varities the best way we can, on a clean & lean Modern West Coast canvas where the hops really get to shine! This version features the modern classic, Simcoe. We've used all the Simcoe products we could get our hands on in this one. Simcoe T90 & Cryo pellets, alongside Dynaboost & Hyperboost extracts from Yakima. You can expect flavors of dank pineapple kush, stone ftuits, grapefruit, a touch of evergreen and sticky resins.

Pours clear golden with a lacing white head. Aroma: grapefruit, piney hops and biscuity malts. Taste: biscuity malts, grapefruit and dank hops. Clean palate.

On tap at Peders, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle piney hops, light herbal notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bitter, with piney hops, pine cones, and crisp biscuity nalt. Quite bitter and biting, but perhaps lacking balance and clean hop expression. Decent.

On tap at Peders. Pours cleae blonde with a white head. Bright pine and tropical fruit on the nose. Flavour has bitter pine, citrus peels, bitter finish. Nice.
