This series focuses on showcasing sinlge hop varities the best way we can, on a clean & lean Modern West Coast canvas where the hops really get to shine! This version features the modern classic, Simcoe. We've used all the Simcoe products we could get our hands on in this one. Simcoe T90 & Cryo pellets, alongside Dynaboost & Hyperboost extracts from Yakima. You can expect flavors of dank pineapple kush, stone ftuits, grapefruit, a touch of evergreen and sticky resins.

Clear golden, offwhite head. Fruity, piny, citrusy aroma. Bitter piny flavour, mild hoppy roughness. Long bitter finish.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild nectary and wooden tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary, mild fruity tones with a bit earthy elements to it too. Nice bitter wooden and floral finish.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden, small head. Intense aroma of peppermint, tangerine and pine. Mid sweet with medium body and mouthfeel. Piney grapefruit and tangerine. Long bitter finish.

Etter en flott sykkeltur i sterk motvind er jeg høyt motivert for å gå planken på Melkebaren: nesten helt klar gylden med eksemplarisk skum helt til bunns (nr. 2 fra venstre). Bitterappelsiner, marmelade, ananas, urter og furunål. Tørr og bitter avslutning, faktisk for bitter for maltkroppen. Litt ubalansert, med andre ord.

Can from Beerdome. Piney hop aroma with grapefruit, orange, malt. Medium bitter, light sweet. Fuzzy, bittersweetish, classic.

A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of grassy fresh hops, hay, pale malt. Taste of wet grassy hops, dank pale malt, moderate to long bitter finish.

Tap @ Peders. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 210525
