Best before 04/25, buying it in Erdingen, august 2024. Tasting this bottle yesterday, after a visit at the Christmas market Morges. Right beer, really mild, smooth, malty, yeasty, a bit creamy at the palate, malty, German bitterness
gave a cheers!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey golden with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Faint malt character, there’s some hops there but they leave little bitterness, rather a dryness. 060125

Bottle, thanks Quack-Duck. Lightly soapy, sweet grainy, herbal aroma.Cloudy yellow, white foam. Medium mellow body. Lightly sticky fruity base, green appleskin yeasty on the forefront, light grain, restrained hops.

Fläschle (Dank am See!): Pale golden, hazy to cloudy, small persistent white foamy layer, moderate sweet-bitter malty-grainy nose, well detectable herbal-flowery hops in the background plus a certain yeasty fruitiness; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, not too light bodied , but a bit fizzy; slightly lingering flowery-hoppy and grainy finish. Surprise! A pretty decent drop...
