Smooth and juicy with a big burst of tropical and citrus, starts sweet but ends with a hint of bitterness for a nicely balanced, but intensely hoppy beer.

Brewer's Notes: Our second in our series of collabs with good friends Peders, V2 keeps the heavy oat malt bill the same, but ups the abv slightly and substitutes the original Mosaic and Citra with El Dorado and Krush. The big dry hop of Nectaron stays the same.

Punchy juicy fruity with lots of pineapple and grapefruit, tangerine and mango, hop spice and citrus peel, dense oat laden sweet malty backing, assertive hoppy finish. Works well, tasty stuff.

A murky golden beer, no head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, pale malt, hay, dank. Taste of fresh dry grassy and juicy hops, scented hops, dank, good.

Tap @ Peders. Muddy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 210525

Pours murky golden with a minimal white head. Aroma: sweet malts, floral hops and dank. Taste: Fresh citrus and banana. Sugary palate.
