750mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some dry but juicy stone fruity and plenty of wild yeast. Flavour is dry and yet juicy, with puckering stone fruits, medium acidity, and gentle bugginess that blends with the stone fruits well. Clean and complex; very cohesive. Excellent.
