Inspired by the tart Paloma cocktail, our recreation is incredibly refreshing and a treat for the tastebuds. Pouring in the trademark peachy pink hue, we take you on a journey of gresh grapefruit and lime, all lofted by a sprinkling of sea salt.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Lime, grapefruit & gooseberry jam aromas. Taste is the same as above. Dry, tart but not too eye wincing. Quite pleasant.

440ml can at the Amber Rooms, Loughborough.it pours pinkish yellow lime rose wine. Clear. A small white head. Mostly pink grapefruit aroma with a light salty character. Light sweet and fruity taste with a bit of salt. Gentle bitterness in the finish. Watery body with somewhat heavy carbonation. It's okay but tastes more like a mixer than an actual drink.

0.44 L can shared with Ogi at Pivoljub, Ljubljana. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is tropical candy, wouldn't really detect any citrus here. Hints of grapefruit peel in the flavour, mostly salty lime. Sweet and salty. Malts underneath. Light tartness. Smooth, light body, soft texture. Dry finish.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours blonde, medium transparent, with minimal white foam. Aroma is clearly citrus, lime. Body is average, with low carbonation. A little astringency. Taste is delicately acidic. Not much sapidity, in my view. Final is average.

Can at home picked up from Siren online. A Clear pale gold with a hint of pink and a fine white head. that fades. Aroma is tart and crisp, hibiscus, po perrie, pinch of salt, nice floral notes. Flavour is composed of super crisp, delicate drying florals, soapy, lavender, salt. Palate is si[er and drying, fine slighlty abrasive carbonation. Decent.

At least another hour before I can get home on a train... might as well have good beer.
