This beautiful single hop wild ale is a saison base fermented with wild yeast for 9 months on oak foudres, then cold hopped with Idaho 7 hops. This hop variety is known for stone fruit, berries, citrus and tropical flavors. To cold hop an already complex beer like this, is to elevate it to a level of tastiness rarely seen. Enjoy!

On tap at Skaal. Pours clear blonde. Wood and floral hops on the nose. Flavour has woody oak, floral hops, buggy wild yeast. Very solid.

On tap at Skaal, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma has some oak, floral dry-hopping, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is tart and citric, with a nice wild yeast character, bright citrusy hops, and a touch of oak. Quite hoppy for a wild ale; the hops and bugs cohere nicely. Solid.
