They’re everywhere. Bright orange and seemingly in full bloom year-round. No matter where you turn, cars from all over are lined up to stare at them. No one is there to maintain them. No one even knows how or why they’re there, or for how long. With each passing day it feels like more pop up. As you tightly grip your steering wheel and scream at your windshield, your impatience grows even stronger. You just want to get to your destination and enjoy the little bouquet of this Hazy IPA you just picked. You’ll get there. Let that car merge in front of you. Turn on some relaxing music. Contemplate whether or not an entire world is being built underground since you never see anyone working beyond the flowers. And rest assured, whether you’re planting yourself in your couch, or being a social blossom, you’ve finally found a way to enjoy the Nevada State Flower.

Pale and opaque. Vague hoppy aroma and sort of soupy hop taste…alcohol comes in but not in a good way. This one isn’t working for me.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow with a touch of orange and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has dank citrus and grass with some rind and a bit of grapefruit underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and mango with a bit of grass and sweet grain supporting.
