Virgin Oak aged Red Rye stock ale.
Expect some strawberry notes, some vanilla from the wood & lots of booze, this will change as it ages and possibly end up similar to a barley wine. originally brewed to boost the abv of a weak beer. so give blending a try with your favourite ale. or drink as is. (which is what I’d do)

Can thanks to my brom it pours clear deep red - brown with a decent off - white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, vanilla, toffee, booze soak oak, berries, red fruits, strawberry, jammy, booze, fruit cake, spice and rye bread. The taste is firstly dry, bitter - sweet, hint of acidity/sourness, tangy red berries, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, warming booze, dry oak, tannin, rye bread, resin, sappy and chewy malt with a toothy finish. Medium+ body and fluffy carbonation. Chewy and complex. Interesting and satisfying.
