We were delighted to team up with a local Coffee shop, Siop Shop, and now Roaster SiopTEC, for our latest batch of Persistence Is Utile. For this addition, we added some special nitrogen-macerated beans from the Ratnagiri Estate in India. The result is a luxurious combination of Cherries, Almonds, and Vanilla, balancing the cacao to create a super unique experience.

440ml can. Pitch black with a dark brown head fading pretty fast. Aroma of rich dark chocolate, coffee, roast malts. Taste is very rich, sweet, dark chocolate, coffee, roast malts, caramel, all leading to a strong bitter finish with a little booze. Thick full body. Excellent as usual.
