Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma has a very nice complex barnyard funk character, along with leather, and accentuated by the bourbon. Flavour is dry, with lots of dry leather, gentle bourbon, and gentle funk. Good blend of lambics, with the bourbon not too detracting. Very good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Tons of must, mildew, and grape skins on the nose. Flavoue has tart grape skins, old furniture, mildewy upholstery. Fantastic.
