Our unruly collaboration with Dekkera Brewing Company is made with German Pilsner and Spelt malts as the base, which lend a nutty sweetness to the body while NZ Motueka hops work in harmony with the yeast to create a perfumy, fruity character. It's dry, earth and complex.

This is quite perfumey, decent malt base, floral, touch of bubblegum. I can drink it but that's too much phenol for a saison.

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma: hay, spiced malts, confectionery and lime. Taste: mild lime, hay and spiced malts. Perfumy palate.
