12.7º P Czech inspired pale lager brewed with floor malted pilsner malt produced in the Czech Republic. Step mashed and decocted to help create a subtlety sweet rounded malt flavor thats balanced with beautiful Saaz Shine hops. Saaz Shine was bred from Sladek and classic saaz and brings a wonderful herbal quality to this beer with some underlying citrus qualities.
Czech malt, Czech hops, Czech Budvar Yeast, one very delicious beer.

Side pull at the brewery, 6/1/25.
Clear, bright blonde. Big, fluffy head, good retention.
Rich herbal hops, mineral and light sourdough and honey notes mixing together from the malt. Clean and bright, very aromatic.
Bright, richly-malted, well-hopped, dry and clean with rich grain, a good bite to it and smoke but not overdone bitterness. Lingering light sourdough, zesty herbs and excellent yeast character. The first lager I had from these guys, Workhorse, out of a can did not remotely prepare me for the world class lagers they serve in draught at their brewery.
