GUSHER ALERT!
Cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: a little funky, a bit sourish impression, yeasty, some banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet touch, very yeasty, a bitter touch, red wine, some alcohol, woody, vinous. Aftertaste: a little bitter, funky touch, very yeasty, vinous, red wine. Infected.

Fulminant build-up of lightly yellow head, fluffy, over hazy ochre-orange beer. Vegetable nose, rather oppressive, herbs, garden wees, alternative potpourries, wild yeasts. A bit of all the above, with a lot of sweetness, and even more potpourri. Lots of dried herbs/pharmaceutical flavours. Again wild yeasts. Very slick, almost oily. Not very heavy, despite good ABV. Almost overcarbonated. Not En Stoemelings' best, IMO. As to the 'tripel' moniker?
