Rocky creamy tan head on a dark brown body. Chocolate malt & nutty aroma - Ferrero Rocher. Medium bodied, smooth creamy & cloying. Ferrero Rocher, dark chocolate, nutty & malt tastes with a bitter hoppy finish. Good.

From recently unearthed notes, drank April 2017. On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Chocolate raisin, creamy coffee and liquorice toffee aromas. Flavours of dark chocolate, creamy coffee, raisin, light notes of vanilla. Sweet roasty finish. Very tasty.

Black with lasting creamy head. Aroma and flavour have intense sweetness of vanilla. Creamy milk chocolate taste too. Like melted Cadbury's. Aroma is slightly too artificial. After a while the taste gets sickly sweet too.

Black, opaque color and a nice tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, dark coffee a lots of vanilla. Surprisingly dark, dry and malty. Expected more sweetness (because of the vanilla nose) Nice and well balanced body. Dry and decent hoppy finish. Good work!
Rich, clean, sweet, a lot of vanilla. Somewhat balanced, but a little too much like a cake. Online saveur bier

Can 330ml (Beerdome)
Dark almost opaque brown colour, steady beige head. Very chocolate nose, almost artifically strong I would say. Also some vanilla and nutty notes. Medium-bodied. Nice dark chocolate, cocoa, hints of vanilla and nuts in the flavour. Some dark fruits and spices lurking but mostly this chocolate all in. Ok.

330ml can. Pours very brown with a small head. Aroma is rich milk chocolate, a little roast and cola. Taste has roast and cola to start, with a burnt chocolate finish.

Black beer, bubbly off-white head. Malty with rich chocolate which follows through into the flavour with vanilla, a little liquorice and some spicy hop too. Rich and tasty.
