Citra Charged Dump Truck is a spinoff from its big brother Dump Truck Summer Bock. While still brewed using the old- fashioned German decoction-mashbrewing method (a technique seldom used by American breweries), we add a variety of citrus flavored hopsduring the maturation process (to extract the noble hop flavors and give the beer an unique refreshing flavor).
