Great Porter! Was served on draft, quite cold but once the beer warmed up you get a slight hint of coffee with rich chockolate and a nice biscuit to follow.

PBF XV. Coppery black colour, small off-.white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toasted and mild nectary tones with some mild earthy tones. Flavour is floral, toasted, dried fruity tones with mild toffee.

Chestnut brown colour, tiny beige head. Toasted nutty aroma. Medium-bodied. Fizzy carbo. Toasted, sweetish, simple. PBF XV.

Canned at PBF. Dark mahogany colour, small head. Earthy caramelly nose with some licorice. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Solid, earthy malt. Licorice and pine. Mid bitter finish.

A nice, easygoing porter. Nothing showy. Well toasted malts, brown bread, a little chocolate, dried semi-dark fruits, caramel accents. Subtle, some very nice notes here. Impressive in an understated way.
